Genetic Assistant Online Training Program

Consists of two 10-week fully-online courses providing a foundation in molecular genetics, laboratory science, and clinical medicine for any individual seeking to work in the field of clinical genetics.

INTERNSHIP

Genetic Counseling Career Research & Exploration Workshop (GC-CREW)

Offered by the Master of Science in Genetic Counseling Program (MSGC) at the Medical College of Wisconsin. This is a virtual, group workshop for undergraduates, recent graduates and those interested in pursuing a career in genetic counseling.

The application deadline for the Spring term is Dec 15th.
The application deadline for the Summer term is May 1st.

This position is primarily geared for those students who are committed to becoming future Genetic Counselors and who have applied, or are applying to graduate programs for genetic professionals.

Volunteering with WIGCA is on temporary hold 2023
